Hi! I’m Tanisha Sharma, a curious and hardworking student who loves exploring new challenges in academics, leadership, arts, and sports. I’m part of the Gifted and Talented Program, where I’ve had the chance to excel in advanced math contests, creative writing, and public speaking—earning recognitions such as Second Place in Canada for French poetry and awards in national math competitions.
I also enjoy using my voice to make a difference. From speaking at the Women’s Day celebration at Oakville Town Hall to volunteering in a local election campaign and raising funds for the SickKids Foundation, I’ve discovered the power of leadership and community.
Beyond academics, I’m passionate about the arts and athletics. I play piano at the RCM Level 5, perform percussion at school events, and stay active through figure skating, lifeguarding, and sailing. Each of these experiences has taught me resilience, creativity, and teamwork—qualities I carry into everything I do.
